Working in Canada since 2017 firstly with GTL Construction as Site Supervisor managed to successfully complete Two Dairy Queen outlets an Indian Food restaurant & a 25,000Sq. Ft Grocery store in Mississauga.Working with English Prestige Construction Management as Project Co coordinator since September 2017 to date recently completed one Plaza along Garden Brooke Trail, Brampton & ongoing with Mount Alverno Hotel & Resort in Caledon & a retail shopping plaza in Kitchener.I’m good with free hand sketching, quantities & trouble shooting on site matters. My Responsibilities include - Feasability to Design & Detailing - Contract procurements & Tendering Having knowledge of BQs including MEP - enter into major MEP procurements as well, Choose Contractors from Tenderers Liaise with Consultants, Call for Site Meetings & Inspections review project progress & status, Contract Administration, Change Request Handling while job ongoing & advise Client /Board - Monitor & Evaluate the execution of the ongoing works in terms of Time & Quality, Guide various contracting teams & have their matters addressed to ensure the engine keeps moving towards the set target of timely delivery on budget.

Worked on His Highness the Aga Khan residences in East Africa & The Aga Khan Academy, Mombasa.

Undertook site supervision to completion of British Council , Premises Nairobi.Designed & supervised Additional Bio - Metrics Hall to British High Commission, Nairobi.Complete management / detailing to the International Mine Action Training Center, Nairobi to Completion this included drawing up Short Form of Contract complete with Specifications to get various additional Copmonent Buildings Completed & Furnished.Public Information Centre & Country Directors Office for World Bank , Nairobi - supervision to Completion.Nutro - Mix Relief food Plant at Athi River, Nairobi.Bruce House - Multi - Storeyed Office Block for National Social Security Fund Surveyed / supervised Drawings to Tender/ Appointment of Ms. China JiangSu as contractor Handed over site to contractor.National Museums of Kenya - 2 No Contracts - Ms. Cementers Ltd / LAMPCO - Initiated contracts to set in the Main Contracts & Handed over Site to Contractors in accordance with EU. conditions.
