As a Human Resources professional at Infinitive Host Technologies, I have been managing all HR related tasks for over eight years, including interviewing, documentation, salary, and performance appraisal. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Galgotias University, with a focus on human resource management and organizational behavior.My core competencies include strategic human resource planning, human resource development, employee relations, and IT recruitment. I have developed and implemented new targeted hiring policies and outreach recruitment programs to attract and retain qualified candidates for various IT positions, such as full stack WordPress developer, digital marketing/content writer, Linux/windows system administrator, and business analyst.
