Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of PILOTIS, a multi-disciplinary conglomerate involving Architectural Design and Urban Planning, Property Construction and Development, Interiors and Real Estate. Chris, born and brought up abroad in Dubai, UAE completed schooling at the Indian High School, following which he secured a merit admission at the prestigious National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC). Upon graduating, he joined HiLITE Builders, a notable Property Developer in South India to help influence their business, bringing forth a noteworthy 3 Crores worth of business in the span of 6 months. 2020 helped Chris understand his future goals better, making an adamant interest to set foot as an entrepreneur in his home city Calicut, undertaking projects of architectural interest. He announced the formation of his company 'PILOTIS' in 2020, but not before he completed his Masters in Architecture at the Oxford Brookes University, successfully graduating with merit. Whilst his time in Oxford, he associated with big business organisations like Jodel and Andrews Property Group (APG) that helped him flourish in the international area. Working with APG in Oxford has always been his all time favourite employment stint, successfully adding an approx. £1 Million worth of business, mortgage and conveyancing signups. He was also the first Indian-origin student onboard to be recruited onboard APG.He left the UK late 2022 to pursue becoming an entrepreneur. In 2023, PILOTIS has found its address under construction at the Beach Road, Calicut. Apart from his business PILOTIS, he's a frequent visitor to Dubai, to look after investments made in the Real Estate sector.
