•Advised students at the University of Colorado at Denver on admissions procedures, academic policies, and degree requirements for the four undergraduate colleges. •Developed and maintained an online student information database for tracking student advising comments,•Special projects included: front office training and supervision, academic assessment and remediation tracking of incoming first-year students for the Office of Institutional Research, coordinated first-year and graduate student orientation, and collaborating with the Office of the Registrar on the continued development of the SIS degree audit unit, front office and employee supervision.
