 Designed and delivered QS and CM courses, focusing on learners’ engagement, critical thinking, and knowledge application on wider industry challenges.  Supported learners in achieving learning outcomes through adaptive teaching, incorporating Māori and Pacifica pedagogies, i.e., Pacific worldview and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles. Managed administrative tasks, course development, content writing, grading, and related tasks. Conducted four internal and two external assessment moderations involving learning outcomes and grading. Engaged with industry stakeholders through guest lectures, webinars, site visits, and case studies. Applied ANZSMM guidelines in teaching and learning.

 Developed and taught Construction Technology and project Programming courses to domestic and international learners.  Developing a proper understanding of New Zealand Building Codes, NZS 3604, and the Resource Management Act.  Planning lectures and classroom activities to foster a learning environment tailored to learners' needs and profiles.

Closely working with client and senior manager on design and 3D views for final design approval from client and Mall Management. Preparing Architectural & furniture drawings, SoQs, tender drawings, working on tender evaluation, selecting contractor and finalizing contract. Reviewing LoDs, MEP and HVAC drawings and project documents for any potential conflicts.Conducting meetings and site inceptions for checking deign conformance, design related issues on site, snagging, finding immediate solutions and reporting to stakeholders like Client, Senior Management. Obtaining material, signage and lighting sample approval from client and Mall Management.Taking Design approval and finding design solution by working closely with Malls like, Dubai Mall, Vindico Retail, MAF Properties, NAKHEEL, RetailCorp Malls, Land Mark Group, Local Authorities, Civil Defense, etc.

• Worked as Project Architect in a design competition winner project, “National Press Club Islamabad” organized by Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan.• Worked on all major projects of company as being an active part of design development and project supervision phases of project like Villas, Education, Commercial, Interiors and office projects. • Worked as Coordinator between design associates and client for the formulation of Electric, Public health, Structural and HVAC drawings.• Direct and manage production of construction documents, drawings and specifications. • Review architectural documents for potential conflict with all other design disciplines.• Worked on Ground + 8 storey interior design project for leading Telecom Company.• Project includes residential homes, high rise buildings, commercial interiors, urban planning, office and educational buildings.

• Was responsible for the development of construction documents, schematic designs and the presentation of projects.• Preparing weekly and monthly project reporting and presenting to higher management.
