I am researching the possibilities of energy cooperatives developing with my colleagues from EcoHome, as it combines the values of civil society and sustainable development.Also, I am currently part of an environmental experts community.My work experience is:3 years in education,5 years in international energy projects,5 years in the business of energy efficient ventilation.Internships in Poland in 2022-2023:specialist in energy cooperatives in CoopTech Hub,sales consultant for renewable energy sources in 4 Eco,environmental data analyst in CBRE.During my work on energy projects I was involved in:development of long-term plans to reduce emissions for rural-urban regions within the framework of the Covenant of Mayors program;writing policy papers on energy systems both at the national and international levels;organizing a conference and giving a presentation on the results of my research and analysis and recommendations for the energy transition for various target groups.In 2015, I compiled a report on the possibility of connecting the energy systems of Belarus and its EU neighbors within the framework of the Energy Union concept.In 2016, I prepared a series of reports for representatives of the media and civic organizations on key energy issues in Belarus: total installed capacity and structure of generation capacity, heat and electricity generation, balance of energy consumption, etc.In 2016, for a conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, I prepared a report on energy development scenarios for Belarus, including those excluding energy generation at nuclear power plants.In 2018, I gave my report at the presentation of the scenario for Belarus’ transition to an energy sector with a predominant share of renewable energy sources.I intend to use my knowledge in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency and commercial competences to develop the company I am involved in.
