I had the opportunity to intern at Jain Ice Cream, a family-owned startup of a close friend. What began as a humble venture in the small town of Gondia has now grown into a successful enterprise with over three thriving stores across Maharashtra, operated under the brand Jain Brothers and Sisters.During my internship, I was involved in multiple aspects of the business. We launched a three-day kiosk at NALSAR University of Law, offering innovative products for testing. The venture was a success, achieving a profitable margin and valuable customer feedback.Additionally, we conducted market research in Mumbai, Pune, and Nagpur, laying the foundation for strategic expansion. The insights gained will help guide the brand's continued growth and elevate Jain Ice Cream in the competitive dessert market. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to the operational challenges and potential of a rapidly scaling startup.
