Working on the production support of the Ariba Supply chain collaboration (SCC)solution, our client has implemented the solution for their retail business process across the globe. Working on SCC solutions like Purchase Orders (PO), Advance packing, Contract Manufacturing (CM) or sub-contracting (SC), multi-tier orders, Supplier Management Inventory (SMI), Forecast Collaboration, and Quality Collaboration.The SCC solution has been implemented by integration with Cloud integration Gateway (CIG ) to SAP ECC.Completed the enhancement projects: 1. Integration between the SAP ECC DEV/Quality systems to Ariba Network by implementing the supply chain collaboration solution through CIG.2. Field mapping between the Ariba ASN to SAP ECC Shipment.3.PO Net price custom mapping at purchased Order level ,the values are available in ariba as custum fields.4.Mass PIR'S , PO and Contract updates.5. Ariba vendor activie relationship updates.

• Responsible for handling all the Incidents of SCC solutions like Purchase order collaboration.• Experience with Ariba Network (AN) functionalities.• Experience with project management to fulfill the business requirement by communicating & coordinating with all the stakeholders.• Experience in understanding business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and performing necessary Ariba SCC configurations.• Supporting in Mass updates for Purchase info records (PIR), Purchase Order (PO), Contract. • Worked on CIG project creation, Field mappings at CIG level & documents flow tracking in CIG for document exchange between the SAP ECC and Ariba Network (AN).• Working with cross functional teams for delivering and supporting the integrated solutions.• Involved in preparing the training manuals and training the end-user community. • Act as a single point of contact for all customer issues, Problems, Incidents.• Responsible for supporting the Ariba network (AN) supplier issues.
