PROJECT MANAGEMENT-Overall project management which would involve planning, D2B Services, co-ordination and team management.- Implementing of new strategies and execution skills- Executing the project, maintaining the quality standards and completing the project within the time frame.- Obtaining Quotations from Contractors, Scrutinizing, Negotiating and finalizing the rates for the works to be carried out by the Contractors.- Preparation / monitoring of procurement schedule, material selection, execution of Civil, Interior, Plumbing/FF, HVAC, Electrical and Security System works.- Interaction with CEO's / VP's and Dealers for day-to day activities.- Responsible for Liaison with Clients / Consultants. Motivating and Monitoring site personnel.- Finalizing the sub-contractors and monitoring their works and approval of their bills.- Ensure accuracy of the estimations received from Planning Division- Review project scope and assist in developing project budgets- Distribution of work and labor management, where own manpower is deployed- Supervise activities of all site engineers / project managers- Day to day monitoring on various aspects of construction activities- Arranging weekly meeting and reviewing the progress of works and monitoring the same.- Form a team for tendering, cost control and MIS
