As a CDMI (Customer Data Management and Identity) specialist. Managing customers' data and ensuring we maintain it and making it as up-to-date (healthy) as possible was an important factor for this role. Updating addresses on customers' accounts from an unconfirmed to a confirmed address using our clients' address database, filling in web forms to ensure we got the addresses updated. As well as this retiring dormant customers when requested so as to not keep any unused records active, as well as merging duplicate accounts to always ensure the most healthy profile for our customers.Another big factor of CDMI was to also ensure our clients' customers' bills were aligned. By using our client's main billing system and their Siebel program, we were to check the bill against the account and if necessary, perform what necessary remediation was required. This, again, was to ensure we maintained what was known as healthy Seven Star data.

Helping support vulnerable customers calling up requesting either the transfer of ownership or the disconnection of a deceased loved one's account.
