· Leading setup and startup activities of the tractor factory such as designing the highrise racks in warehouse, deciding the investments on the production line according to yearly volume, designing lineside equipments, creating layouts, designing working stations · Responsible for transferring and adopting 5E 3CYL Project in cooperation with India source factory team, 5E 4CYL Project in cooperation with Mexico source factory team and 5M Project in cooperation with USA source factory team. Leading the followup meetings in terms of all changes on the pipeline, equipment designs and special tools for the production · Responsible for change management and follow the updates on the source factories· Responsible for sequence of events for the production · Responsible for all SAP activities such as labor cost calculations, maintaining bill of materials, implementation and follow up of change management, creating and maintaining all materials in SAPsystem, supporting SAP system based on production (stationwise material consumptions, labor costs, time study&calculations and adapt them into the system) · Responsible for following up the equipment projects with suppliers such as Panasonic, Atlas Copco, Indeva. Integrate the new technology equipments into the production line and giving operators trainings for DC torque tools, manipulators, battery guns.

• Responsible for understanding customer expectations in terms of products, such as EUCD VOLVO, E2XX, OPEL, 356 FIAT,OM651 DAIMLER,X98 RENAULT, ALPINE Projects.• Leading Daimler project transfer from Romania to Izmir and start-up the production on time• Leading core team in plant and coordinate them in terms of pre-planning&prototype&SOP andengineering changes, Responsible for application of customer expectations into the production• Creating Bill of Material and Bill of Design, responsible for managing in parallel of customer requirements• Managing subassembly changes, or finding alternative solutions in case of any material backlog• Maintaining and controlling all production data in line with quality systems• Identifying all new process and material needs in support of product change and new productintroduction• Leading Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)• Coordinating all departments in terms of meeting customer demands on time with higher quality• Using problem solving techniques such as 5WHY, 8D, Fishbone to prevent future failures• Responsible for Material Cost Reduction in Izmir plant for Volvo projects, making suggestions and findingalternative solutions to reduce cost• Working with 3D technical drawings to meet customer demands and develop point of view in plant• Publishing all changes in a timely manner to all concerned, coordination of activities such as bill ofmaterial preparation and engineering changes• Leading and following all process from the start of doing feasibility in terms of plant point of view,investment, procurement and producing a in plant on time in order to meet customer requirement• Managing information flow between service centers in different countries and plant
