Lingotto is a developer and investor with an unusual approach, resulting in special concepts and remarkable buildings in cities. In order to guard the concept and initial ideas, Lingotto often remains the owner after development.As a developer, I aim to create sustainable, as well as aesthetically pleasing places that enrich the surrounding city. Not only by adding homes, but whatever is needed to bring back life in old buildings and (abandoned) parts of cities.Besides working on improving the DNA of our company, I'm working on several acquisitions and projects, such as:- Smakkelaarspark next to Utrecht Central Station: being my favorite project, I'm taking my responsibility to make our promises and ambitions to the municipalty of Utrecht come true. From day 1 in the bidding process until the end of the development phase.- NDSM A6, Amsterdam: entire process from the acquisition of industrial halls until the end of the redevelopment phase.- Haarlemmer Stroom: urban redevelopment project of monumental buildings into a new cultural/business hotspot in Haarlem.

Completion of the first project: the transformation of a vacant 'zusterflat' of 6.000 m2 gfa into 150 student rooms.

SHS Delft is a real estate redevelopment company, which aims at the transformation of vacant (office) buildings into temporary student housing. In this role, I have been participating in the first redevelopment project of SHS Delft, in which a vacant building is being transformed into 250 temporary student rooms.Completed tasks: • developing a sound business case for the ‘Zusterflat’ project; • a lease agreement for ten years between the owner and SHS Delft; • an agreement between SHS Delft and the investor for the financing of the project; • agreement between the municipality of Delft and SHS Delft (AO).

BOSS is the study association of the master Real Estate and Housing. The main focus is to link students with real estate (related) companies.
