During this time, I have gained experience in the retail sector, enhancing my skills in communication, teamwork, and taking responsibility. In 2023, I received training in sales techniques and inventory management. I had the opportunity to manage the customer conversion rate and economic performance missions in the departments I worked in. I evaluated the economic performance analysis of my department on a weekly and monthly basis using Excel and ensured the development of action plans. Additionally, I was part of the management team for the store's commercial project.
