Compiled and performed structural analysis through finite element analysis method using Nastran and Algor solvers, determined peak stress regions to further validate the crane's integrity through Resistance-type Strain Gauge testing methods (SAE J987, SAE J1063). Created and analyzed P&ID and hydraulic schematics of the open loop and closed loop systems in Autocad. Prepared Submittals to customers and third party specifications (DNV, ABS, Lloyds) for design certification approval.
