On a daily basis, I am overseeing and coordinating a team of 10 blue-collar employees and 2 engineers in 2 plants. I leveraged expertise in establishing a quality system, quality team, and laboratory at a new factory.Check my notable accomplishments here:• Increased measuring competence of laboratory by 30% and decreased supplier non-conformity by 40% through improvement in incoming QC, supplier management, and audit system.• Reduced FPY from 45% to 20% by managing all QC activities from supplier, plant process (punching, bending, welding, painting, cabling, mechanical, and electrical assembly) to customer site and KPIs.

My primary duties were clearing several internal audits for R&D, sales, production, and purchasing dept. and process and 5S audits in production divisions as a lead auditor. I improved the laboratory and control plans and doubled the number of faults detected by the QC team through provision of technical support to the team of six blue-collar employees.• Achieved 100+ local and international supplier audits (VDA 6.3) through the development of a supplier quality management and audit system.• Developed and integrated supplier selection, release, development, and evaluation system with the following initial tests, NCC, PPM, and action plans that reduced supplier non-conformity by 20%.

• Reporting to Production Director. Responsible for the production flow of machining and assembly lines, Kanban, operation sheets and control plans.• Implemented “Lean Production” methods and lean lay-out for the new factory. • Renault Truck, BMC, Drive Product, Isuzu 700 P and Ford Steering shaft projects was accomplished to serial production by PFMEA, SPC, initial sample production, PPAP documentation and costumer audits. • Process improvement, actions and documentation regarding ISO 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, risk analysis, environmental impact assessment, visual factory.• Manage the preventive and autonomous maintenance in TPM activities (%100 of the plant of 200 machine has been accomplished).
