General Manager of Auxadi in Brazil, a Spanish outsourcing firm with more than 45 years providing value-added accounting, reporting, tax compliance and payroll solutions to their clients in Latin America, Europe and US and companies expanding overseas. Our clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, services, renewable energy, retail sectors and others. I’m responsible for coordinating and managing the business in Brazil, comprising the operation with clients, the internal processes, budgeting for the country, grouth management and the prospection of clients.

I was responsible for the operation in Brazil and for managing the wind down process of the entire company. During this one year working for Kate Spade I was in charge for closing the business and manage the employees dismissal, the stores closing and negotiate with the landlords and malls, negotiate the contracts termination with all the service providers, organize the stores closing before the public agencies, tax authorities and the comercial board in all the states we had stores, managing all the activities with the main goal of mitigating any potential risk for the company.
