About Arda Öncü
I'm working as a Senior OHS Specialist and Safety Pillar Leader in the logic of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), which is a lean production system. I carried out studies that ensure the use and continuity of the tools or systems of this methodology, which was formed with the occupational safety mindset in 7 steps, within our factory. In return for my efforts, I'vw received the title of the First Occupational Safety team to receive two points in one year within the CNHi WCM World in 2017.I also had success in reducing work accidents and increasing the safety culture. For two years, I took part in the works that received a degree in the most successful works awards held annually within the company.I was leading the works that won the "Best Practice" award in the Golden Glove OHS competitions organized by MESS in 2017 and the first prize in 2018 at the award ceremony organized by the same institution. Again in 2019, we received an award in the Golden Suggestion category at the MESS OHS competitions. Finally, we were deemed worthy of an award in the British Council 2020 competition, where all our occupational safety processes are evaluated.I have a good command of issues such as carrying out routine occupational safety studies, compliance with legal processes, occupational safety in 7 steps. As a WCM requirement, I make presentations to foreign auditors two or three times a year.I had serious studies on routine inspections, kaizen studies and risk reduction in the factory. As a result of these studies, I gained ergonomics and occupational safety gains.In 2020, I've also received my NEBOSH and IOSH certificates.
