• Portfolio management/base&growth marketing of mass retail credit cards customers,• Developing, implementing, launching and monitoring of retention, upsell, cross-sell, activation, churn and digital campaigns, campaign management and innovating products• Offering mass or customer based (CRM) campaigns and products, collaborating with partners to increase digitalization and loyalty. For example: -Launching new mobile app for campaigns -Hopi partnership: Customer acquisition, branding and new product launch -Launching new loyalty programs such as “Gift Money Program”: Loyalty program partnerships with 11 different retail stores like Hepsiburada.com and Samsung• Retail credit cards customers’ and credit card loans marketing activities and product management• Preparing the P&L and budget management of campaigns, monitoring and reporting KPIs • Sub segmentation of all customer base according to spending, revolving & other customer behaviors• Fulfill the IT demands about product/business development and perform user acceptance tests• Active communication with customers via BTL/ATL and other communication channels & preparing communication lifecycles• Coordinating & training all sale teams (Call Center, Retail, Tele Sales, Direct Sales) about new product launches and to boost sales

• Mass & Red & Freezone & Karakartal & SME segments loyalty programs• Avantaj Cepte digital loyalty program and platform product ownership: Developing, launching and monitoring all application processes, UX development and roadmap, managing the full cycle product management• Managing and developing Vodafone Yanımda – BanaNeVar? digital product section• Launching and tracking customer reward programs based on customer lifecyle, churn and other behaviors (acqusition, activation, retention)– Monday Offers, Vodafone Surprise, Birthday offers• Digitalization of Avantaj Cepte customers• Partnering with Brand Management, Marketing Communication, Data Analyst and CVM Teams in order to define communication route consistent with program partners/brands’ needs and create actionable plans• Tracking life-cycle management of programs (what incentives to give the customers at what time, with which brand)
