• Offering mass or customer based (CRM) campaigns and products, collaborating with partners to increase digitalization and loyalty. For example: -Launching new mobile app for campaigns -Hopi partnership: Customer.
• Retail credit cards customers’ and credit card loans marketing activities and product management
• Preparing the P&L and budget management of campaigns, monitoring and reporting KPIs
• Sub segmentation of all customer base according to spending, revolving & other customer behaviors

• Product management and product life cycle of all mass retail credit cards
• Product and business development
• Responsible for all communication and marketing budgets for ATL communication/brand awareness and campaigns

• Mass & Red & Freezone & Karakartal & SME segments loyalty programs
• Avantaj Cepte digital loyalty program and platform product ownership: Developing, launching and monitoring all application processes, UX development and roadmap, managing the full cycle product management
• Managing and developing Vodafone Yanımda – BanaNeVar? digital product section
• Launching and tracking customer reward programs based on customer lifecyle, churn and other behaviors (acqusition, activation, retention)– Monday Offers, Vodafone Surprise, Birthday offers
• Digitalization of Avantaj Cepte customers
• Partnering with Brand Management, Marketing Communication, Data Analyst and CVM Teams in order to define communication route consistent with program partners/brands’ needs and create actionable plans
