Working as part of the School of Engineering's Executive Team with responsibility for strategic planning as well as ensuring the smooth, effective and efficient running of the day to day operations of the school, along with delivery of support needed from Professional Services.Particular responsibility for identifying professional services issues, strategic planning, project management, collating key data to inform decision-making, and scoping out new projects in their early phases.

Shepherding the establishment of the School of Engineering's innovation centre; including overall responsibility for workstreams, management of budget, development of c. £1.5m innovation hub, overview of project development and engagement with industry

As part of the School Executive Team, responsibility for strategic development and projects across all teaching and student related matters; including quality assurance, educational development and student experience within the School of Engineering.

Responsibility for operation and management of Quality Assurance processes relating to Student Engagement across Middlesex University.Enhancing systems and processes to embed and increase the amount and quality of student engagement within the academic year.

Monitoring and enhancing the Faculty of Engineering, Science and the Built Environment's Quality Assurance practices and collating, monitoring and updating records pertaining to Quality Assurance.Working on projects relating to student recruitment, experience and learning & teaching.

Giving face to face academic advice to students, worked on the Course Representation scheme and with the University on projects relating to Learning & Teaching.
