As a Business Architecture Analyst, I collaborate closely with clients to adapt to their work culture and deliver tailored solutions. I have worked mostly in the pension industry, where in the role of a business analyst, I designed business processes and flows for pension collaboration across pension providers.I also have experience in telecom the industry in Norway. I am experienced with Salesforce.com CRM, from a functional and technical side. Through multiple projects, I have delivered value and facilitated growth for our clients.In Accenture I am also leading the Nordic Mental Health network for, which promotes mental wellbeing at the work place and educates our volunteers to break down the barriers preventing us from discussing mental health and well being at the workplace.I have also been responsible for- University marketing initiatives, for recruiting relevant profiles across universities and specializations.- Onboarding planning of new joiners.- Planning numerous social happenings (game night, dance courses, arcade evenings, etc..).- Implementing zero waste solutions in the office, which has drastically reduced food waste.

As a security guard, I am responsible for the safety at various popular locations in Oslo.

As a substitute teacher, I was teaching teens in the age range 13-16 years in the subjects of mathematics, general science, English, gymnastics, religion, social sciences etc.

In this position I was assisting the works of Marte O. Skare in her PhD work on lithium-ion battery anodes. My work concerned analyzing and characterizing carbon, silicon and sub stochiometric silicon carbide thin films. Characterization was performed with scanning electron microscopy and ellipsometry. I was also using profilometry and atomic force microscopy. The results were later examined in relation to processparameters from fabrication, with intention of predicting future results, as well as planning coming experiments.

I assisted a research team lead by Prof. Ursula Gibson at NTNU, that worked with optical semiconductor materials. My task was to characterize heat treated optical semiconductors of silicon with Raman spectroscopy, with the intention of discovering tension within the material as a result of the heat treatment. This tension would affect the material's optical properties.I also attempted to make a procedure for photolithographic deposition on the cross section of the fibres, to investigate the fibres' electrical properties as well.

In this position, I was responsible for instructing other students how to use a scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscope, and atomic force microscope. The work was performed in ISO-7 clean room environments, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In this position, I was assisting Prof. Merete Tangstad at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The work consisted of customizing a SharePoint site according the needs of Prof. Tangstad and her research team's needs. This involved including and removing features, and remaining in constant dialogue, to ensure their needs were met.
