Hi, I'm Arden Cain. I am a senior at Kansas State University, graduating in December of 2024, and majoring in Finance with a minor in Management. Prior to attending Kansas State, I graduated from Hutchinson Community College in May of 2022 with an Associate of Science degree. During my time at Kansas State, I have been involved with Women in Business, an organization centered around empowering women, not only in business, but all areas of study, and creating a sense of community while preparing them for the workplace.I have also worked at Starbucks for just shy of three years. Starbucks has given me many opportunities, connections, and friendships to last a lifetime. It has taught me the importance of communication skills and the dynamics of working with a team, as well as insights into the diversity of our communities and all the opportunities we have in this world to learn more about each other every day.I also had the opportunity to work with the accounting and purchasing teams within the Division of Financial Services at Kansas State during the summer of 2023, which helped me develop better task management and organization skills, especially when working through fiscal year end.
