Currento Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.o Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.o Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, or mail.o Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.o Perform administrative support tasks, such as, operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.o File and maintain records.o Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.o Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.o Receive payment and record receipts for services.o Dispensing and Collecting fleet vehicles for collection and recruitment staffo Calculate and prepare volunteer drivers monthly expense for reimbursementso Aid the recruitment team with marketing and promotional materialso Maintain spreadsheets and data on potential sponsors and students groupso Greet and direct building visitors and blood donors
