Public Relations Service Manager - Global Corporate Solutions, Nasdaq
- Provide training and on-going support to the users of PR solutions (InPublic, T1PR, MMI).- Manage relevant product or module migrations for client base, including training on new products/workflows/enhancements/contents and support during the migration process.- Run daily proactive outreaches- Expand usage of products used by clients- Work closely with product development, sales teams, and other areas & collaborate with those with the view of retaining & facilitating growth- Gather feedback & client insight (competition/content/product/industry feedback) to share with relevant stakeholders- Identify potential upsell opportunities within client base and share that information with the relevant Sales stakeholders.- Participate in ad-hoc projects to improve client retention, growth, education and also internal workflow.
