- Develop business strategies to increase the number of customers, increase sales and optimize profits.- Lead, motivate, train, guide and supervise office staff effectively.- Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction.- Dividing tasks to office staff including giving admission schedules, permits, etc.- Keeping the condition/atmosphere/cleanliness of the store well maintained and making customers feel comfortable.- Supervise store administration and ensure the work of administrative staff in accordance with regulations and procedures.- Analyze and report on purchasing trends and customer needs.- Handle all problems that arise from staff or customers such as complaints or criticisms.- Designing store layouts / store displays as attractive as possible, including designing themes at certain times such as during the fasting month, Eid al-Fitr, independence and Christmas.

- Serving customers who want to: save, transfer, withdraw funds.- Check daily transaction cash flow.- Accept deposits and checks, validate and cash disbursement.- Input transaction data from each customer served.
