I am a Project Manager and Product Lead at MIT, overseeing the Community and Resource for Innovation and Polymer Technology (CRIPT) project, a collaboration with the University of Chicago, NIST, and Dow. I lead efforts to develop an AI-driven tools for the CRIPT ecosystem to help researchers capture, find, and share polymer data. In this role, amongst others, I apply Agile methodologies, using tools like Jira, Trello, and GitHub to manage timelines, tasks, and cross-functional teams.Key achievements include leading the development of AI tools for polymer data management, publishing 8 peer-reviewed papers, and integrating robust cybersecurity measures. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in CRIPT’s spin-off from MIT, guiding its path toward independent growth.Outside of CRIPT, I served as Chair of the Assembly for four years, where I helped shape its strategic direction and foster collaboration. In addition my past role as a consultant with Stranger Labs, I refined my product management skills, time management practices, and gained expertise in using GitHub and emerging AI tools, supported by certifications in AI and DevOps.I am passionate about leading innovative projects that bridge technology and research, and I am always open to new opportunities for collaboration and growth in the tech and science sectors.
