Mercedes Benz Commercial Vehicles- Supporting in building database of parts penetration potential, customer mapping, competitors movement, UIO calculation, and other related data information.- Gathering all information related to competitor movement and aftermarket parts that will be used for analyzing.- Processing the fleet customer program run smoothly and on time to provide better service to dealer and customers.- Supporting all data processing that will be used for data analysis.- Analyzing of sales trends, market condition, competitive pricing and identification of opportunities.- Handling & managing spare parts contract from APM to dealers and customers.

• Socialize and offer after-sales program.• Analyze customer needs regarding required services.• Handle complaints if there are complaints related to service or vehicle service results.• Organize training activities both internally and externally (drivers and customer mechanics).• As a customer consultant or adviser regarding service and technical knowledge.• Establish cooperation regarding vehicle service contracts.
