I'm a former BPO employee in different companies for almost three years and I've done multiple roles such as (Customer SVC rep, Technical Sup, and some of back office workload and with these experience I greatly developed my communication skills and my work etiquettes.Now I am a freelancer and working remotely for the 3 years and have worked for several clients. I'm able to do multi-tasking. I have a good verbal communication skills which I've acquired from my previous jobs and I'm used to work in a fast paced environment.
