Experienced with Nokia OSS System• Undertake project planning, technical management, and implementation roles to ensure on-time project deliveries• Responsible and creating solutions for High-level, Low-level, Impact assessment and Acceptance test document during solution implementation for project delivery• Cross-functional collaboration with other systems, departments, and multi-vendor• Customer meeting to discuss the solution with the customer including handling technical customer queries and providing a solution• Implement and upgrade for standard, NZDT (Near Zero downtime) and DR (Disaster Recovery) systems.• Carry out quality assurance tests to ensure the system is working as expected• Analyze new features and tools and provide a solution• Implement and verify vulnerability issues on 3rd party products• Implement a security certificate in order to make the system more secure• Integrate multi-system/Network Elements and multi-vendor products• Analyze technical problems both software and hardware and provide solutions to customer• Nokia NetAct is Operation System Support consisting of many technologies stack such as RHEL, Windows Server, Oracle Database, VMware virtualization, CORBA, SNMP, Dell Avamar backup,Network switch, HPE blades and Dell EMC storage.
