Somali Community Resettlement Services Faribault, MNWork with student agaes 14-24 who are in school and out of school in SCRS's youth programs DEED Youth Grant, RSS Refugee Social Services, and SCRS student workers. Complete enrollment paperwork and maintain accurte documentation in individual files. Assisting students through career assessments, testing Monitor all programs for youth and prepare reports on progress and meet with students once a month to monitor students progress. • Provide daily case management and mentoring of over 39 clients; including meeting with individually to discuss responsibilities and academic goals • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and community partners about program opportunities, requirements and expectations of participants• Create and provide career-specific training, utilizing assessment materials (STRONG, GAIN/TABE) and connect participants to local opportunities
