Upgraded VMware vSphere platform from 5.5 to 6.7. Designed and scoped for Two Newton a VMware refresh project that will also service the VoIP upgrade. Migrated approximately 80 servers from Hyper-V 2016 to VMware vSphere 6.7. Added secondary ESX server to existing VMware host that was servicing file server cluster. Added 4th node for future expansion to VMware via the HPE Apollo chassis. Led Azure, O365, and new technology architecture designs and implementations While maintaining the security, integrity, and governance of our application landscape, embraced the DevOps mindset; collaborating with developers to eliminate pain points.As part of planned initiatives, I would liaison with internal application developers, project managers, and infrastructure team members on mid-to-large scale projects, providing technical leadership throughout the planning, design, implementation and operational phases.
