Since 2008, Chief Executive Officer at EuroGroup Laminations, the Italian company leader in the production and distribution of core components (motors and generators) for electrical machines and all industry applications. My journey with the company started 26 years ago, when I began to work side by side with Sergio Iori, my father-in-law and the founder, who started it in 1967. Since then, we have taken it from an Italian electromechanical family business to become pioneers in energy transition in the automotive sector. We are now heading the global industry in our sector, achieving in February of 2023 being listed in the stock market of EURONEXT Milano.With a background in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, I have previous experience in different companies and industries (Management Consulting, Horeca and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) at international level with assignments in New York, Hong Kong and London. I have been married for 30 years and have three children. International politics, education, organic farming and sailing are some of my personal interests.
