Dr. Ardyce Yik is a licensed naturopathic physician and author who currently works at Integrated Medicine Institute in Central. She is one of the first North American-licensed naturopathic doctors to start practising in Hong Kong. Before her relocation to Hong Kong, she was Clinic Director of a successful health clinic in Toronto, Canada. She has treated people of all ages with all types of health conditions. She was named one of 2022’s Women of Wellness in Hong Kong and appeared on the cover of Liv Magazine.Besides maintaining a family practice, Dr. Yik is immensely involved in sharing her expertise within her community. She is the author of the illustrated book, "COVID-19 AND YOU: 20 Ways to Support Your Health". She has given health seminars at different institutions, including McKinsey & Co., Morgan Stanley, Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Hong Kong International School. She has written for/ been interviewed by print media such as South China Morning Post, The Hong Kong Parents' Journal and AsiaSpa Magazine. She has also appeared as a naturopathic medical expert on Bloomberg Television (live broadcast). She has had the honour of naming a church in Canada (恩泉浸信會). Dr. Yik graduated with distinction in Human Biology from the University of Toronto. She then pursued the naturopathic medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she earned her ND title. To keep her knowledge up to date, Dr. Yik has pursued Continuing Medical Education courses offered by Harvard Medical School. Dr. Yik's kindness, compassion and strive for excellence began at an early age- she earned the distinct honour of being valedictorian of her graduating class at Zion Heights J.H.S.
