Primary responsibilities include recruiting process implementation, staffing team training/management, and serving as principal recruiter to all of AdMob’s divisions including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance.Selected Accomplishments:- Through various recruiting initiatives, grew AdMob from approximately 45 employees at time of hire (Nov. 2007) to approximately 170 employees worldwide at closing of Google acquisition (June 2010); directly involved in hiring approximately 70% of all AdMob employees worldwide during the last two years – including sourcing, interview coordination and scheduling, references, offer letter generation, negotiation and closing of these candidates. Directly responsible for 100% of hires in AdMob Engineering and Product Teams, more than tripling each division in size during the last two years.- Reported to, and worked directly with CFO to model compensation packages for hires across all AdMob divisions.- Collaborated with VPs and Directors across all of AdMob to implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to successfully meet headcount needs and quarterly hiring targets company wide. These strategies included industry outreach, referral networks, advanced online sourcing, targeted industry job postings, networking events, and university recruiting programs and intern hiring.- Hired, trained, and mentored junior recruiters to become key contributors to AdMob Engineering, Product, and Sales recruiting.
