Directly responsible for 100% of hires in AdMob Engineering and Product Teams, more than tripling each division in size during the last two years.- Reported to, and worked directly with CFO to model compensation packages for hires across all AdMob divisions.- Collaborated with VPs and Directors across all of AdMob to implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to successfully meet headcount needs and quarterly hiring targets company wide. These strategies included industry outreach, referral networks, advanced online sourcing, targeted industry job postings, networking events, and university recruiting programs and intern hiring.- Hired, trained, and mentored junior recruiters to become key contributors to AdMob Engineering, Product, and Sales recruiting.
