-Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks. -Negotiate with the Vendors to attain cost-optimization in purchasing solutions -Handle and monitor obsolete/inventory disposals. -Review agreements in liaison with the contracts team & vendors to finalize the terms & conditions of goods/services procurement progress reports with management. - Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. - Manage the raw materials ordering in house & working on MRP. - Control warehouse inventory to keep shrink at acceptable level , keep it record & Reconcile yarn Inventory variances. - Responsible for all yarn purchasing documentation including(PR,PO & GRN etc).-Possessive Experience use in ERP module Oracle software.

-Successfully managing the purchase of trims materials(repeated). -Maintaining healthy communication with merchandisers to meet client's exact needs. - Actively recording and inventorying the received orders. -Warehouse management including issuance and updating Oracle database. General procurement. Effectively supplying the trims materials to more than 5 production units
