I have recently completed my Master of Philosophy in Zoology from Government College University Lahore. I am looking for a good PhD Position (fully funded) in molecular biology, oncology and virology. I have gained many skills related to molecular biology during my M.Phil. These skills include DNA extraction, PCR, SDS PAGE, gel electrophoresis, gene expression, Gene cloning, protein profiling. Other research skills include spectrophotometry, microscopy, biochemical tests, rats handling, autoclaving, spreading, streaking, inoculum preparation, pure culture preparation, bacterial isolation, CBC & serum analysis, dissection, histopathology, histomorphometry, blood drawn by heart puncture method. Bioinformatics skills include nucleotide BLAST, protein BLAST, sequence alignment, sequence interpretation, phylogenetic tree, submitting data to NCBI GenBank and primer designing. Biostatistics skills include one way ANOVA, two way ANOVA, PCA, pair t-test, Kruskal-Wallis test, regression, correlation etc.
