I am currently a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology! My experience as a behavioural therapy aide, as well as my involvement in various mental health initiatives on campus (Content Researcher - Mental Health for South Asia, VP of Events - Mental Health Awareness, & Faculty of Arts Representative - University of Calgary Students’ Union) has given me a unique perspective on the importance of community involvement in addressing mental health concerns.
