• Develop full-fledged, high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications for a variety of clients• Work heavily with Javascript, primarily using the React.js library on a Node.js backend running in Docker containers• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with both public and secured endpoints, integrating with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases • Work with a team of developers, designers, and QA under a project manager, utilizing Git/Github for version control

• Singlehandedly design, plan and develop an internal job tracking web app • Use knowledge obtained from self-guided research to learn, implement, and maintain new technologies

• Oversee all administrative departments, integrating technology to increase productivity and revenue.• Fully responsible for all accounting processes including quoting, invoicing, issuing purchase orders, and accounts payable/accounts receivable. • Assume all human resources duties, primarily on-boarding of employees, processing payroll, and executing contracts for all benefits.• Apply technical knowledge to streamline operations and automate workflow

• Deliver extraordinary service to Australia and New Zealand clients by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries, and processing credit applications. • Review and determine necessary documents for risk assessment to remain compliant with country specific laws. • Communicate internally by means of phone, email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and in person meetings to align on issues and topics that affect application processing and relationships with customers.
