As the Founder & Director (Strategy & Value creation) of Daari Academy, I am responsible for setting the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, and leading the development and implementation of innovative strategies to achieve them. I oversee the operations, finances, and marketing of the academy, and ensure that we deliver high-quality education and training programs that create value for our learners, partners, and stakeholders. I also foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among our team members, instructors, and mentors.

At Daari Academy, I am the lead instructor for the CMA USA course. My responsibility is to create and conduct interactive and efficient learning sessions that encompass all the fundamental concepts and abilities needed for the CMA certification. To cater to a diverse range of learning styles and preferences, I incorporate various pedagogical approaches, including lectures, case studies, simulations, and quizzes. Additionally, I provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and encouragement to learners as they progress toward their certification, empowering them to achieve success as qualified management accountants. I also serve as a mentor and coach for fellow instructors in the academy, assisting them in improving their teaching skills and overall performance.

Directs and coordinates company’s financial affairs according to financial principles and government regulations, and establishes major economic objectives and policies for the company.And Directs, coordinates and administers accounting operations, which include general accounting, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Al Ain Juniors School is a high performing school with a strength of 2800 students and 200 teachers. The School offers both IGCSE and CBSE syllabi.
