Job Summary providing proactive assistance to CPDA director in specific and to other staff in PDA department in generalsome of the Principal Duties1.arranging , organizing and reminding CPDA director's schedules , appointments and meetings.2- Receiving telephone calls or other inquires both external & internal and answering or feedback to the queries 3- Receiving CPDA visitors and guiding them to the right direction according to their inquiries .
