As a long time fan of One Direction, my love for music began in my adolescent years. I knew from an early age that working in the music industry was a dream of mine. As an active participant in fan culture and fan pages, I was able to acquire, and engage with, audiences even from that early age. In the present day, I want to channel my love for the music industry and passion for fan culture into my career. I decided to start a small business on Etsy where I create merchandise themed around artists, such as posters, stickers, and apparel, in order to share my passion and my art with other fans. Currently, I am a Catalogue Marketing Intern at Warner Music Canada. I recently completed a post graduate certificate in Music Business at Humber College, after completing my Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies from McMaster University.
