Manage packaging development activities such as specifications and technical documents analyzing, artwork, technical drawings and moulds, sample study, risk assessment studies, qualification plans, performing of trials, reporting, market feedback, post assessment,etc. Managing core departments (SC, QC, Prod, Eng) to do trial plans based on Homologation plan.Close relationship with quality & regulatory dept. regarding Control Plans, Specification document, TDS, CoA, raw material tests, in-process controls, final product tests, etc.Close relationship with production and engineering departments regarding material-machine interactions aspects.close relationship with procurement and purchasing department.Work with marketing at early stage on packaging develop and evaluation of new conceptWork with supply chain dept. on logistics projects, BOM, planning, OEE, transportation test, storage conditions, expiry dates, feeding mechanisms, etc.Support to finance and controlling dept. for Budgeting, CapEx, OpEx, COP, trial plans, loss, gain, etc. Participation in and support to Industrial Performance dept. in GSTD, 4/6M, Gemba, problem finding, problem solving, Kai-zen and process modification approach, lean manufacturing, WCM, ....Oversee corporate approach in eco-friendliness, social and environmental compliance, partner with the related teams to make sure all packaging materials meet standards and certification requirements
