-Arranging all aspects of flight support ( Traffic rights , handling services , fueling services , flightplanning)- Contributing in the setup of the company fundamentals (introduction letters , Marketing campaign by email in addition to tele marketing)- Making first contacts with Civil aviation authorities like (Qatar, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Oman...etc.)- Making corporate agreements with worldwide hotels and with most of Bahrain hotels- Starting contracts and initiating first contact with handling agents worldwide.- Contacting fuel suppliers and making agreement with them to use their services- Following up with many financial issues (PROFORMA invoices, payments to agents, forwardingpayment transfers to supplier & agents and following up with them making sure everything in place.- Contributed in the company software Focus in different ideas for both accounting & operationdepartment.

Preparing marketing letters and company profile.- Focusing on our strong points so that I can market them the right way.- Following up with customers to get their feedback.- Searching in depth customers details, needs, areas of possible assistance.- Searching social media like Linked In and other sites for potential clients.- Updating my personal record with comments about existing customers and new potentialcustomers so I can follow up with them in the future.- Looking for the right person to contact.- Managing to keep the conversation on going by certain methods- Ex. Open questions, making the customer comfortable using calm voice tone, not stressing somuch,- Considering their busy time, booking another appointments- Doing quick recap of what we provide and convincing client to send him our price list and the same time- Trying to get quotation request from his/her side).- Getting new potential customers contact details for our record and for further follow up.- Dealing with reluctance and refusal.- Thinking of new methods and trying to implement new services to attract customers.- Preparing contracts and completing agreements with customers.- Keeping records of each customer sent prices and fees.- Traveling to meet with customers in person to discuss Business opportunities.- You should be unique and distinguished somehow to attract customers as they have many choices now days , and change is something difficult for them- (some of them seek quality of service rather than price and some of them they require bothmoreover competitive prices is very important factor)- Credit control - following up with customers regarding due payments.

My duties:Permits: obtaining Global O/f & landing permits within a short notice maintaining a very good relationship with The Civil aviation authorities worldwide.(Afghanistan, Iran, African countries, Saudi Arabia, china , India etc..) Handling: arranging all customer’s requirements (GPU services, ACU services, water service, cockpit cleaning, crew visa arrangements, hotel accommodation, crew transportation, meet and assist service high loader and up loader services.Dealing with all kinds of flights VIP, PVT business, ambulance in addition to cargo flights) and making sure that all requirements are done the right accurate way by following up with the network of our handling agents Worldwide Fuel : requesting an updated fuel prices each month from our suppliers in order to provide our customers with the most competitive prices , sending fuel requests to the supplier upon our customer's flight details and following up with the supplier ensuring that the fuel truck will be on time to supply the aircraft in order to make a quick turnaround.CFPL: requesting full package of CFPL with weather and NOTAMS for our clients from A to Z in addition to filling all the flight plans with the local ATCs or Handing all the required docs from airport charts , flight briefing , flight plans to our agents in order to pass all the above information to the CAPT. Or to the Crew.
