Bundle volumes across different Business Units.Develop a sourcing strategy in cooperation with the Director Strategic Sourcing andCommodity Buyer network in BTDevelop action plan to achieve savings targets Manage supply base in line with the sourcing strategy Evaluate and select suppliersDevelop supplier capabilities Analyze supplier risks Drive supplier improvement programs Ensure a stable and reliable supply chain Develop global suppliers in the supplier strategy Lead strategic supplier reviews.
