• Responsible for leading in a manner that supports and guides the organization's Mission.• Providing overall leadership and direction to the subordinate staff and organization.• Monitoring and Evaluating the program and planning accordingly.• Managing and Overseeing budgets, sponsors, donations, gift and kinds agreements and supervising in keeping its record.• Enhancement of organization's image by being active and visible in the community and by working closely with other professional, civic and private organizations.• Overseeing the data of cash, kind, gifts for the quarterly and annual financial reports.• Fund raising and all relevant activities. • Effective administration of organization operations.• Keeping and maintain strong, communicative, effective and harmonious work environment.• Hiring and retention of competent, qualified staff.• Training staff on time to time basis.• Serving as primary spokesperson to the organization's constituents, the media and the general public. • Training staff and interns in maximizing their efficiency internally, in official affairs and externally, in fund raising performance.• Establish and maintain relationships with various organizations throughout the state and utilize those relationships to strategically enhance organization's mission.• Oversee marketing and other communications efforts.• Personally ensuring compliance to all laws for the time being in force.
