Project execution and product development are my key strengths. Lately, I have also been involved in business development for my company. Over 14 years of my professional experience, I have been lucky enough to build and manage highly skilled teams and execute several large-scale challenging projects and develop world class products. Most of the projects I have managed are related to embedded-systems. However, I have also executed projects related to software development, web apps, mobile apps and IT solutions.Following is the summary of my accomplishments:• For last three years, I am actively involved in business development activities and have helped my company get new clients in various continents and in various disciplines• I have frequently traveled to USA/Germany/France/UK• I liaison with offshore partners in USA/Europe/UK to deliver projects and develop their products on-time and within budget• I have negotiated and managed contracts/agreements with offshore partners• I have estimated large scale projects and delivered these projects within the estimates• I adapt to the processes of the offshore partners and ramp up appropriate teams to execute the client projects following the required processes.
