Was responsible for: group Human Resources management for 5 companies of CA IB Group, and HR set-up of a new company (CA IB Polska S.A.). Main task was to implement "shared services" concept within the holding. Human Resources Department's services: compensation & benefits, training & development, recruitment & selection, personnel administration & payroll and employee relations & communication. As of January 1, 2002 responsible for activities regarding PR & Marketing with focus on institutional clients and positioning of CA IB as leading investment bank.
