I am addicted to technology, with a solid understanding of cross-team topics - between technology and others (business, marketing, accounting, compliance ...).I heard that I'm a Tech guy who can speak with humans. CtoDazumi 2013 - 2016Warsaw, Masovian District, PolandI've joined an existing project, "Stacja z paczką," to stabilize it and make it possible to grow from a technical perspective.The solution was built with different technologies, hosted in multiple locations, with a 3rd-party solution as the primary backend - and hosted remotely on providers hosting.Our solution was connected directly via site-to-site VPN with the PKN Orlen network to allow direct communication or hundreds of gas stations across Poland with our core system.We provided a service for e-commerce, where retail customers could pick up their order from the nearest petrol station. Our customers (e-commerce) could also offer our solution for reverse logistics, known today widely as "e-commerce returns in retail."As a logistics layer, we used the UPS service integrated by API.Additionally, I was responsible for planning and implementing an additional logistics provider, National Polish Post.Separately from the leading project, "Stacja z paczką," the company offered a broker service for logistics. We hosted multiple web service websites - including white label solutions for B2B partners - where customers could compare the cost of delivering their package based on provided criteria (size and weight). My responsibility was to keep them up and running fast, including maintaining the API connectivity we offered and API connectivity to our logistic providers (InPost, DPD, UPS, DHL, and others).

I've built a local website that combines timetables from all local cinemas.At that time, not all cinemas had even their website, and the usual way to know the timetable was to buy a paper local news gazette with a weekly schedule.After successfully launching a website for my home city, Szczecin, I started with copies of the website for three other cities.Unfortunately, due to the non-profit nature of the project and having no experience commercializing the traffic, I needed to shut it down and focus on jobs that allowed me to earn a living.During that time, I worked directly with the owners of one of the oldest cinemas in the world, Kino Pionier 1909, and local divisions of Helios and Multikino cinemas - from leading cinema networks that rapidly grew at that time in Poland. -
