Main responsibility to introduce and maintain Quality Assurance in Telecommunication Projects. Preparing of necessary quality documentation needed for internal and external audits according to APQP and ISO9001:2000 standard (Quality Plan, FMEA, control plans, checklists, SPC), co-operation with customer , preparing corrective actions, preparation of claims and documentation allowing return of defective goods, release of new components and suppliers, audits, problem analyzing methods like 8D. Supervising of Quality Inspectors dedicated to project.

Responsible for monitoring of in-process and end of line testing product quality on manual insertion in Thomson TV Factory. I was also responsible for preparing of quality procedures, control plans, process audits, preparing and coordinate corrective actions, new process approval, operators training, complaints handling. Supervising of Quality Process Specialist on production line. I was a leader of multidisciplinary quality team working on improvement of quality and reliability of our products by pro-active approach and solving potential problem already on production line, not only reacting on customer complaints.
