Proud Latina and first-generation graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio - a Hispanic-Serving institution. I am a passionate mental health advocate driven by my lived experiences with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and surviving a suicide attempt. My mission is to amplify the mental health conversation through authentic storytelling, developing and sharing accessible resources, and fostering collaborations with leading mental health organizations nationwide. As the leader of a youth-driven nonprofit, I am deeply committed to empowering young voices and breaking through societal labels, expectations, and barriers to create a stigma-free culture around mental health. Together, we can build a future where open dialogue and support are the norm.
