Responsible for standardizing processes, equipment, and design guidelines for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and manufacturing across all 9 international Rockwell Automation plants to optimize product quality and production lead times for all business units globally.Process Owner​: Automated Optical Inspection and Solder Paste Application.  • Utilized Six Sigma Methodology (DMAIC) to design and implement a new product introduction process/tool for selecting Printed Circuit Board (PCB) support method during solder paste application. Obtained six sigma green belt, realized savings of over $141k annually, and saved valuable operations space by eliminating over-tooled support.• Designed a novel test to analyze board design effect on Ball Grid Array (BGA) stability through manufacturing, a Design of Experiements (DoE) of Via-In Pad Plated Over (VIPPO) patterns that has simultaneous data acquisition of over 10k data points (electrical properties of each pad) in a cyclically high heat environment (thermal chamber) running multiple years to measure complete life cycle performance. Conducted test board design, material procurement, manufacturing setup and fabrication, test equipment design and setup, and software development including test execution, data acquisition, and automatic reporting.  • Implemented an automated MSA process for PCBA boards utilizing AOI data to assure process efficiency. • Designed, delivered, and implemented new re-bake equipment and procedure globally to extend electronic component lifetime and improve product performance and reliability.

Physics/Cosmology DepartmentManaged UWM's undergraduate students in an international collaboration of scholars to discover and incorporate pulsars into timing arrays used to detect gravitational waves and ultimately give greater backing to Einstein's theory of relativity. Tasks included:• Remotely controlling world's largest radio telescopes, Arecibo and Green Bank,• Training peers on how to identify pulsars and use radio telescopes,• Presenting research to all levels of society, from specialized international conferences, to high school students, and• Working with GBNCC, PALFA, NRAO, and LIGO research groups.Published as co-author on numerous research papers submitted to the Astrophysical Journal, Monthly Journal of the Royal Astronomical Society, and others.
